Alloy Pipe Flanges

Specialty alloy flanges for extreme corrosion and temperature environments.

Alloy pipe flanges are manufactured from nickel-based and specialty alloys designed for process environments that destroy conventional carbon steel and stainless steel. Common alloy families include Inconel (nickel-chromium, for high temperature and oxidation resistance), Monel (nickel-copper, for reducing acid and seawater service), Hastelloy (nickel-molybdenum-chromium, for aggressive chemical environments), and Incoloy (nickel-iron-chromium, for high-temperature oxidation and carburization resistance).

Specific grades frequently requested include Inconel 600 and 625, Monel 400 and K-500, Hastelloy C-276, C-22, and B-2, Alloy 20 (for sulfuric acid service), and Incoloy 800H/HT and 825. Each alloy targets specific combinations of corrosion mechanism, temperature range, and mechanical property requirements. Material selection requires matching the alloy to the exact process conditions. Flanges are forged per ASTM B564.

Flanges.AI supplies alloy pipe flanges in weld neck, blind, slip on, socket weld, threaded, and lap joint configurations. Sizes range from 1/2" through 24" in pressure classes 150 through 2500. All alloy flanges include certified material test reports with full chemical analysis and mechanical testing. PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing is standard on all alloy shipments.
